Great location, walking distance to the Falls. Free parking at the property. Clean and nicely decorated space. Comfortable and cozy beds. Good kitchen appliances. Spacious and well-lit apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly service.

The room was spacious, well-lit, and had comfortable beds. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the falls, and the staff treated us like VIPs.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful boutique hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the magnificent Falls. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made my morning meal better was if there were more options for breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely 2-bedroom condo in Niagara Falls. The location was perfect, with only a short walk to the falls. The apartment itself was spacious and filled with natural light. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had a good stove for cooking. The free parking was a great bonus too.
There were a few minor issues that needed attention, such as the uneven stairsteps leading up to the apartment, which could be dangerous if not careful. The sofa bed also needed some fixing, as there were broken bolts and springs.
